November 20, 3:30 p.m. Update: Phones at City facilities are functioning on a limited basis. Telephones are able to make and receive calls. Voicemail is not working.
As of Tuesday night, computer systems are down at all City facilities due to a virus. All essential City services, such as Police, Fire and Public Works, are functioning as normal. A data recovery plan is in place and experts are working on assessing the situation. We will update information as it becomes available.
If you need to contact the City, telephone systems are functioning, email is not.
