Arlinda Cantu has been in the fitness industry now for over 15 years and was involved in athletics from a very young age in sports from track and field, tennis, martial arts, to bike racing. After many years of sports injuries, three knee replacements, and chronic pain, she decided their must be a better way, so entered the Health and Fitness Industry specializing in the study of Body Mechanics and Human Movement Science. Some of Arlinda's credentials include International Sports Science Association, Elite Fitness Trainer, Specialty in Exercise Therapy, Specialty in Sports Nutrition. American Sports and Fitness Association, Master Personal Training. Cancer Exercise Training Institute, Cancer Exercise Specialist. Silver Sneakers, Pilates Methods and Lifestyle fitness coaching. Some of her specialties include: Orthopedic rehabilitation for shoulder, hip, and knee replacements, weight loss, neuro-muscular stretching, and flexibility training, low back injury prevention assessments and solutions, corrective exercise for forward head and rounded shoulders, solutions for ACL injuries, sports performance enhancement, specialty training for youth, performance training for seniors, prenatal clients, cardiovascular training, balance and fall prevention. Proof of Brea residency (work, live, school) required to qualify for resident rate.
